Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, this is possible.
If the items are damaged, lost, or if you receive the wrong item, you are eligible for a refund.
The order must have the following conditions:
1. the order still contains all the relevant parts and components, and the packaging
exactly as the product arrived.
2. it is evident that the product has been handled normally. Breakage due to improper handling is excluded.
3. products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
4. the product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
5. we are authorised to charge the customer for the shipping costs.
6. the return will be processed within 7 working days and, if the conditions are met, officially confirmed within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Can I cancel my order once it has been shipped?
No, once an item has been processed and shipped we will have to wait for the package to arrive before we can take further action.
How can I return my order?
If your order fulfils the above conditions, you will need to do the following to initiate the returns process:

Make sure the email contains the following:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photo of the product and default
- First name and surname of the customer
- Address of the customer
We will then contact you and inform you of the return address.
Never send the return to the sender. We will provide you with the correct address after you have provided us.
You as the customer are responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
As our goods are dispatched from Asia, there may be longer delivery times, to which we. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible.
Please wait until you have received the goods and then send them back to us. Of course you can inform us of your cancellation in advance.
In order to guarantee you the fastest possible return, we ask you to send us a dispatch confirmation.
